Getting to the Museum
By Metro:
Descending at the Ulus station of the Kızılay - Batıkent metro line, you can reach the museum by following Anafartalar Avenue next to 'Ulus Çarşısı' (Ulus Market) and walking towards Ankara Castle for approximately 30 minutes.
By Bus:
Getting off at Ulus Çarşısı or Anafartalar stops and walking straight up Anafartalar Avenue, on the left side of Ulus Atatürk Monument, you can access the museum by walking towards Ankara Castle for about 20 minutes.
From Sıhhiye:
From the bus stops in Sıhhiye, head towards the Ulus direction, cross the street between the Faculty of Language, History, and Geography and among the hospitals. Then, make a left turn on Talatpaşa Avenue, crossing the road, and proceed towards Samanpazarı. By walking for approximately 30 minutes towards Ankara Castle, you can access the museum.
Another route from Sıhhiye is to head towards the Dikimevi direction, pass by the Emergency Building of Hacettepe Hospital, continue uphill, make a left turn on Talatpaşa Avenue, cross the road, and proceed towards Samanpazarı. By walking for approximately 30 minutes towards Ankara Castle, you can access the museum.
By Free Shuttle:
You can use the free shuttles (Ford Transit vehicles) organized by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality every weekday between 10:00 and 17:00 at half-hour intervals.

1- Opposite the Ulus Metro Station exit, in front of the former 2nd Parliament (in front of the ATMs)
2- Intersection of Anafartalar Avenue and Hükümet Avenue
3- Anatolian Civilizations Museum
4- Front Square of the Ankara Castle

6- Opposite the Ethnography and Painting Museum
7- In front of Melike Hatun Mosque
